Born and raised in western Colorado, I have grown up with core family values, good work ethics and a love for
God and nature.   I have worked in various office jobs during my younger years but never really felt that was my calling. Because of the many blessings in my life, I wanted to do something where I could give back to others, so I started my career in body work in 1999. My passion to continue to find natural ways to communicate with the body & stimulate the natural healing mechanisms is on going. Love & Light to ALL !!!

I was also an assistant for 6 1/2 years to a Kinesiology Chiropractor, Dr. John Adams. Applied Kinesiology is a powerful technique used to "speak" to the body. Every body is different and has different needs. A standard "one size fits all" is not a good approach to wellness. I learned the various ways in which nutrition, emotions/thoughts and structural misalignments are inter-connected and how to address each issue on a natural basis. I also learned about Dysbiosis, which has to do with mirco-organisms that inhabit our body, heavy metal poisoning and chemical toxicity and the ways in which we can clear those out of our body.
